The Shaker Arts Council (SHAC) is looking for artists to bring art to local storefronts this coming fall. Imagine Chagrin aims to reinvigorate the Chagrin and Lee commercial center, support local businesses, and showcase the abundance of artistic talent in our community. The “Imagine Chagrin” exhibit dates are September 10 through October 8. SHAC is sponsoring artistic displays for storefronts located along Chagrin Boulevard between Lee and Avalon Roads and along Lee Road between Chagrin and Van Aken.
SHAC is looking for artists 18 years or older who live in the Greater Cleveland area so that the artwork can be installed on site. Work samples and applications must be submitted no later than Friday 30 July at 5pm. For more information and to download the call and application visit www.shakerartscouncil.org.
